Dear MUNASA members,
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Anita Nowak will be facilitating a virtual presentation, “Leading (and Living!) with Purposeful Empathy” on February 22, 2024 at 12:00 noon.
High-performance organizations that care about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB); and psychological safety are being expected to embrace empathic leadership.
Anita Nowak has spent the past 15 years studying how empathy can change our lives, our workplaces, and the world. She will describe how empathic leadership can help tackle today’s most pressing workplace challenges, introduce a powerful six-step practice, and explain why empathic workplace cultures are happier, healthier and outperform those that don’t.
After this session, you will have answers to these key questions:
What is empathy – and why is it so important?
What does empathy have to do with organizational success?
How can we become more empathic leaders?
How can we improve our mental health with self-empathy practices?
How can we create more empathic organizational cultures?
Registration for this presentation is required. A Zoom link will be sent to registered members prior to the session.
