Nominations for the Executive Offices of President, Vice-President, Vice-President (Liaison), Vice-President (Membership), Vice-President (Communications), Executive Secretary, Treasurer, Councillor (Faculty), and Councillor (Non-Faculty) for 2026 and 2027 will be:
Starting Thursday, November 13, 2025 and ending on Monday, December 1, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
The MUNASA Executive Committee has provided the nomination form electronically. Attached is a description of the duties of Officers of the Executive Committee and the nomination form. The duly completed and signed nomination form must be submitted by email to the attention of Rhonda Turner, Administrative Supervisor, at info@munasa.com.
The Chief Returning Officer recommends that the nomination forms be completed and submitted by email to the attention of Rhonda Turner at info@munasa.com by Thursday, November 27, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. to allow the Chief Returning Officer to validate the nominations, advise any nominees should there be any discrepancies, and provide time for corrections. If nominations are received by that time, their validity will be confirmed via e-mail to the nominee by 5:00 p.m. of that day. The official deadline to receive nominations is Monday, December 1, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
The Chief Returning Officer shall send out a notice by Monday, December 15, 2025, announcing the names of the nominees, together with notice of the election procedures. Elections (electronic medium) will take place between December 16, 2025 and January 21, 2026.
The results will be announced at the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING on Thursday, January 22, 2026 held by Zoom Video conference.
