MUNASA acknowledges the challenges many of our members continue to face during these uncertain times. We remain committed to supporting our members in meaningful ways, including initiatives that promote wellness and mental health.
As part of this commitment, we are pleased to welcome back Dr. Christopher Labos for a virtual session on October 30th, at 12:00 PM, where he will address the topic of Anxiety.
Dr. Christopher Labos offers a thoughtful, evidence-based perspective on the topic of anxiety—an issue that continues to impact many in our community, particularly in light of ongoing budget constraints and increasing workloads. We are confident that his insights will once again resonate with our members.
During the session, Dr. Labos will address key questions and concerns related to anxiety, providing practical guidance and meaningful clarity in a compassionate and engaging manner.
How can we recognize and talk about anxiety?
What does anxiety really mean?
How does it affect us, and how can we manage it?
He will also help us distinguish anxiety from related issues such as stress and depression—an essential step in understanding and addressing the challenges many of us face in our daily lives.
We hope you’ll take this opportunity to pause, reflect, and join us for this valuable and supportive session.
Registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent to registered members prior to the session. Following registration, if you are no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us by emailing info@munasa.com.
With warm wishes,
The MUNASA Executive
